BUSINESS ANALYST

Practical experience and a proven ability to succeed as a consultant. A post graduate diploma in economics, business analysis and/or project management. Minimum two years of relevant experience, including previous experience within a consulting environment. The ability to apply analytical thought, skills and tools to business challenges.
Key Requirements and Abilities

Work at both a strategic and tactical level. Define and reach consensus with all key stakeholders on business problems and identified opportunities. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements. Collect, understand and analyse the business requirements for a project and translate these into business and / or functional specifications. Analyse and document business processes, both current and future state. Obtain sign-off from client on specifications. Be able to fulfill a project management role by providing the link between the customer, the software development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the software development lifecycle. Plan and manage testing as well as design and execute test scenarios and test scripts. Function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment. Understand and manage key stakeholder expectations.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a personal assistant who will be responsible for administrative support while working on site and/or remotely. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative tasks, however entry-level applications will be accepted.
